Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I are not yet legally seperated, still living together, he is threatening to kick me out of our apartment. Both of our names are on the lease. Can he throw my things in the street and kick me out legally?

First there is no such thing as a legal separation. Once a divorce is filed he can attempt to get a court order to make you leave but without that he can't legally just throw you out.
