Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband pays $800 a month for his two children. They are to live with there mother with us having every other weekend visits. For the past 8 months the ex wife has lived with her new husband without the children. The children live with the ex wifes mother. The support is still being paid to the ex wife.A couple weeks ago the ex wife quit her job and now has no income. She is making comments about taking my husband back for more support. Is there anything that can be done about this??

You can seek to change custody based upon a change in circumstances, namely that for almost a year the Mother has not lived with the children. If custody is changed, then this will likely result in a termination of the child support payments.
