My ex husband and I have split physical and split legal custody. My husband and I are looking to move about 40 minutes away, which would be in a different school district than what my kids attend now. Will this be okay if I drive my children back and fourth each day to stay in the same district or does this give my ex husband a chance of getting primary physical custody?

Good question unfortunately However, it appears you are in a stuation where the court will have to look at many factors to determine if a relocation should occur. Then the court look at even more factor to see if the custody oeder should be modified.
You need to sit down with a lawyer to see what might happen.
