Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband of 11 yrs. Took off and abandonded me q5 mos ago i am disabled permanently because of his physical abuse 9 yrs ago he cause me to have a massive stroke.He was convicted served 4 yrs...got out ..found me. Swore he was changed...and the abuse continued up until jan 2017 he beat me so severely..punching..choking..headbutting me i didnt thinl i was going to survive that night n when i did i was done but he refused to leave said he'd leave when he was good n ready...may 3 2017 he took off...went mia for 9 mos having friends lie about his whereabouts..called me said he was in nj n filed right away for divorce..i recieve 750.00 a mo disability...he recieves 5000.00 a mo..VADisability and SSDisability and refuses to pay any spousal support or help in any way..i am penniless now staring at my daughtets on her couch because i couldnt keep up with the bills sp my sewet was shut pff..and my ewater..for mos i could only afford cereal for one meal a day ..lost 35 lbs ..and repeatedly begged his help n he refused ..he was supposed to report to the V A he had left because a small percentage of his check was mine from the VA. But he never reported this n kust kept collecting for himself..we are divorcing but i couldnt fond an attorney to take my case necause of how he filed being in nj and i here..and i couldnt afford an attorney....he took the only vehiclee.. Left me all the bills which when he left he. Closed out his bank account and bounced all the bills id justvpaid a few days prior..so i started out backed upCan i press charges ..the hous ..he claims i can haveb. the house if i waive... Alimony...pension. And anything else id be entitled to ...i refused..zhe house isin my namev...is pd off

Can i press charges for wilful misconduct

Wilful neglect.sbandonment...abuse and. Am i entitled to compensation from my stroke ?? Or anything else ? Please. Any advice will help...Thanks so Much. Patty

First you should talk to the police. You don't say how old you are but if you're old enough it could also be elder abuse.
