Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

What is the law on sleeping arrangements for three children under the age of 10. They are all boys and the one we only have 50% custody of. The two full time children share a room and each have their own beds. The other when we have him we have a toddler bed in our room that he sleeps on. Is this something that CYF (CPS) can get involved in? Is there legal repercussions to this?

Define toddler? how old exactly? It's more of a custody issue not a C & Y issue.
