No law that I'm aware of.

Custody determinations and modifications are largely left up to the discretion of the trial court and an assessment of the "best interests" of children. There is no laundry list of do's and don't's in the law books. In order for this sleeping arrangement to be the basis of a custody change, you'd have to convince a court that it was not in the child's best interests.

Best of luck to you.
