Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My leagal rights as a Grandmother.

I am interested in my leagal rights as a Grandmother. My daughter and her husband are separated. She lives at home with me her mother. Her husband lives at home with his parents. My granddaughter goes back and forth between both places. I am not getting along with my daughter and it seems like I may not see her if she moves out. Can she keep me from seeing my Granddaughter?

Grandparents do have visitation rights. Best to consult with an attorney to discuss the specific aspects of your situation.
