Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

new legal guardian

ok im 16 at the moment but me and my parents maid a deal bc we moved to pennsylvania and if i didnt like it i could move back to michigan and i am pretty sure it is 17 but im just making sure if 17 is the legal age where i can get a new legal guardian or divorce my parents or even go on my own if i feel please help me with this thanx.

If someone is willing and able to act as your guardian it does not matter as to age if the proper documentation is filled out. Emancipation is not about age rather ability to support oneself.
