Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I live in Pa My husband and I were a married in 2000 in 2008 he walked out while I was in hospital. He just served me divorce papers.We have been separated since then he has given me no support and has lied about his income.I am counter filing on the abandonment.I am 63 and on social security and he works and make $65000 a year,I gave up my career to be a stay at home mother at his request.I have been trying to get him to negotiate I just want to live the way I did when I entered the marriage,I left a $45000 a year job to raise his 3 children and my 2. I live in Pa and get $12000 per year I have moved 6 times and am living below the poverty level.My health is not good and who is gonna hire a 63 year old woman.Any advice thanks

So for less than $25 you could file for spousal support. That would get you 40% of the difference in your incomes. If you file tomorrow that's when he'll start owing it to you. True you'll have to pay taxes on the money even so it should double you income. But if he makes 53,000 more than you do that's over $21k a year. even after taxes you'll double you income. Then you can hire an attorney to get you alimony after the divorce.
