I live in PA. I was layed off the day after I closed on my home. soon after, my wife left me for a much older, very wealthy man. I am injured and scheduled for a knee replacement. Its a physical condition that has lasted 2 years, 4 attempts and finally, I found a doctor that would help. I have had much more custodial time with my son. her rich sugar daddy supports her 100% . Can i charge them for child support?

No child support is owd by the PARENTS to the child. The amount of child support is based on the income of the child's parents.
