Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I just got married in october 2011. i moved into my husband's home (in his name only). in the event of divorce, would i be entitled to any the house if it is not in my name? we have wills leaving our assets to each other in the event of death, but there is still a mortgage on the house.

No. If he owned the house prior to your marriage and it stays that way, then the answer is no. However, if he adds your name to the deed, then he has made the property marital and subject to equitable division in the even of divorce. If you make substantial improvements to the home, you might also be able to claim a portion of the increase in value that was due to your efforts.
