My oldest son isn't my ex-boyfriend's son. My ex got custody from CYA because my son wanted to go with him? What can I do"

The same thing you do if you ever disagree with standing orders, you file for a change in custody, and you put on your explanation why you think the boy is better off with you. The boy is at an age where the court heavily considers their preferences, if they seem mature and not unduly influenced by the adults. You may need witnesses, a psych evaluation (maybe you get to have the court order the evaluation), do you have better school for him, is he living in undesireable conditions or situation (is the ex an alcoholic, does he let the kid drink, does he allow the boy to bring home girls w/o supervision or stay over night, etc., etc.
