ordered to pay money
i was ordered to pay my ex-husband 9000 dollars to pay 40% of his credit card debt. i don't have $9000 in anything other that IRA's. where does the court expect me to get the money from? am i expected to take out a loan?

Generally when the court issues a judgment, they are not concerned with how you will pay. Perhaps you can attempt to set up a payment plan.
