What is the law regarding financial responsibility regarding transportation for visitation?
Parents live in separate, but neighboring states (PA/NY), and no court order for custody is in place. Child resides primarily In NY.

Courts will typically have the parents share the transportation costs equally. When the parents live far away from each other, they will usually meet somewhere in the middle for custody exchanges.
