Really? Its like Justice Stewart said of obscenity - you know it when you see it.

You offer no facts. What are you doing or accused of doing? That is the standard language when someone is seeking a divorce on fault grounds or a divorce from bed and board.

All kinds of things would qualify - being physically or verbally abusive. Not engaging in marital relations or not speaking to the other person. Belittling them or finding fault with them constantly. Drinking. Mooching off them and not working or contributing to household expenses. Not sharing the same bed with them. Leading your own life as if you were not married. The list could do on. If you have received a divorce complaint then you need to get yourself to a family law attorney. The marriage is over but you may have other rights to alimony/spousal support or equitable distribution that you do not want to give up or end up paying for.
