Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I'm possibly going to be taken to court for visitation rights from my son's grandmother. I had Possession charges that were dropped to a Disorderly Conduct. Could that possession charge that was never filed be brought up in a court of law?

First, only convictions count, Second, how does Grandma have standing to sue you for custody?
