Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a question. I had requested child support back in sept. My baby dad got "sick" in October. He missed our first court date. Our second court date just passed. He was sick "sick" and in a wheel chair.. our case was dismissed. If I find out he was faking his illness.. what will happen and what should I do? Bc I'm raise our child on my own. And I'm struggling because he is t helping.

Go back to court they should be able to get him to appear.
