Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I want to relocate with my 9 yr old daughter. I will still be in pa but instead of being 20 miles away from her dad. I will be 173 miles away. He only gets her every other weekend and every other week over the summer. Which would not change. I have full custody.What do I have to do to make it legal.

You would have to petition the court and file and affidavit for relocation. Sorry things are going to change you've just added 600 miles to somebody's driving for custody exchanges.

By the way what is full custody? I don't think you have the custody you think you have.
