right to remain in home when husband walks out

until the home is sold, will i have to get out when my husband walks out. i am on the deed but not the motgage

No, you can remain under most circumstances until house is sold. If there is a mortgage, then as you live in the house, you are technically responisble for paying it, even if you are not named on it. You may be entitled to support and other rights. Please contact for a free consult.
