''Seeking answers''

Do I have any legal rights since my husband left me and my kids and moved in with his girlfriend whom he was cheating with.(we are still married and not legally seperated)Plus at what age can my children decide whether they want to go with their father or not on his weekends?(I have full custody)Please help me to better answer the questions that I have been trying to get.Thank You

Well the most important rights you have are the right to support for YOU and your children. To enforce those rights you need to contact the Domestic Relations Office for your county.

As to what age can the children have a say in going on visits or not depends on the judge. Generally, 13 or so but it also depends on other factors. Most notably is it in the best interest of the child not one parent trying to get back at the other parent.
