Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I'm currently separated, but before the separation we was planning a family trip to the Caribbean to celebrate our daughter birthday, after the separation he was ok with the idea of me taking the baby to the vacation he signed the passport and he even thought of coming anyway, but my problem is that every time he wants to put pressure on me or every time he gets upset he maliciously say " destroy the letter of consent because I wont let you to take the baby with you" " without my permission you are NOT traveling with her" so he feels that as a mom I have no right to travel with my child, so I was wondering if there's any way I can go to a 8 days vacation to Dominican Republic with my daughter traveling with just one parent.

Probably, he could revoke his letter of permission, that said. I once represented a father who didn't want his ex to take their child to Cancun. Needless to say dad didn't win. If it's a round trip ticket and a there is a hotel already booked how does he plan to show that this trip is not in the best interest of the child.

Whens the trip? Custody conferences are being scheduled over a month out.
