Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have an situation. My husband of 6yrs (married in NJ) married his baby mother about 2 to 3 yrs about in Baltimore, MD. I need this brought to the courts. This is an illegal act. I recently found out. I do not want this to go away. Both parties I want to be commeted of this crime. She was fully aware that we were married. We had on going situation since she came in the picture. We have also been together for 16yrs now. I feel distressed over this.

In Pennsylvania the crime of bigamy is still "on the books" as far as I know. I represented a gentleman who committed this "crime" about 14 years ago. If you have a politically motivated District Attorney you may be able to get them to prosecute the case. I'd suggest, however, that you may simply prefer to get on with your life and let him get on with his.
