Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I want my son to go live with his older brother for a year or two . Do I need to give custody or guardianship to him ?

You can give temporary custody to him either by court Order agreement or a signed paper that will be acceptable for the government authorities ie school district etc.
