state residency for divorce

South Dakota is my legal address as I live in a motorhome. Currently living with my sister in PA. What state do I have to file in?

Where does the other party live? As a plaintiff the court has personal jurisdiction over you by consent. That consent is implied as you filed suit in that court. The court has personal jurisdiction over the defendant if the defendant lives with in the court's jurisdiction. In Pennsylvania that's by county.
