how to get temp. custody

My wife and I live in New Philadelphia,Ohio. My wife younger sister lives in Altoona, Pa. She would like to come and live with us since her devorced parents are have tough times. What kind of legal form do we need to get temp. cusody of her. She just turned 17 yrs. old. We just want to be able to send her to school and get medical care for her.

You can have the divorced parent with residential custody sign an affidavit giving you what you want. But, the non rsidential parent may object, and the divorce court where the divorce court will continue to have jurisdiction until the child turns 18 and finishes high school.
