terms of alimony

Marriage 5 year; special needs child with unknown healthcare outcome at the time of divorce; 12 years later still paying alimony, child is in good health, good to public school, terms of alimony read ''indefinite''. Can the alimony be terminated?

Yes, it can. If the need for alimony has terminated then you can petition the court to have it ended.
