Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My wife & I reside in Pa. My wife & her Ex-Husband share custody of a 15 year old boy. The Ex is moving to Florida. In their original divorce agreement, the agreed that neither parent could move further than 30 miles from the other parent. What are my wife's options if she wanted to deny the move? Also, the Ex pays only $225/month in child support which was agreed upon. My wife is worried that once he moves, he may stop paying the support. Is there something we could do to ensure that he keeps paying?

She would have to file a petition with the court to object to the move.

I doubt her ex will follow the new law where he has to notify her and get her affidavit of consent.
