fmla paper work
i asked my hr manager on 5/1/09 for the fmla paper work for my son who has severe asthma it's 6/9/09 i am still waiting for the paper work how long do i have to wait

A reasonable amount of time has already passed. Ask him again. Make your request in writing so the H.R. officer cannot deny the fact of application. Then get your child the medical care he needs
