Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

I've been out of work due to a work injury since Oct. 29,2013. When I announced to my employer that I'd be getting released for work soon they sent me FMLA paperwork and a letter stating my FMLA time starts from the date of the letter, 4/24/14. I just received a notice from the companies insurance carrier about COBRA and an involuntary termination date of 5/28/14. Since they violated FMLA law, can I sue?
