Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

I work in Pennsylvania for a New Jersey based company with over 50 employees. My office is located more than 75 miles from the headquarters. There are less than 10 employees in my office in Pennsylvania, Am I eligible for FMLA?

Yes, so long as you have worked for the employer for more than 12 months and logged more than 1,250 hours in that period. It doesn't matter how spread out employees are as the law takes all employees into account for purposes of calculating whether an entity is covered or not.
