Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

What I have to do that my aparments collapsed due to new construction next door.

To Lawguru:

My apartment building was collapsed just fifteen minutes after I take my family go shopping. This disaster happened due to digging too deep of new house construction next door. I am still in shock but glad that my family is not hurt.

I do not have rental insurance. What do I have to do now? Do I need to hire a lawyer?

Thanks/Hung

what do you want ot do? Your lease most likely terminates on the destruction of the unit. Are all of your valuables destroyed? Do you have a list or itemization of replacement? Do you know who caused the collapse? HAve they contacted you?
