Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I bought a equipment trailer yesterday was told on the add online it had Dexter axles and the sales person also told me it was Dexter axles , I crawled under trailer today and there are lippert axles on the trailer not what I paid for I thought they where Dexter axles from what the salesman told me and the online add , what can I do isn’t the fraud? Was gonna call them tomorrow and tell them I want my money back just wanted to see what my options are?

If the seller knew they were selling a different axle than advertised, as opposed to simple mistake, yes, that would be fraud. In either event, you are certainly within your right to demand a refund.

If the seller does not agree, your only viable option is a lawsuit which, if the claim is $12,000.00 or less, may be brought in your local district justice. If the seller is a business, you also have a claim under the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
