child molester who was never convicted

How do I alert the people in the area of a child molester who was never aressted or convicted. The victims that I am aware of are now in their 30's? Could this man sue me if I just start talking?

Re: child molester who was never convicted

If he was never arrested or convicted then legally he is not a child molester and their is duty by the government to notify anyone.

Should you choose to tell neighbors about facts that are not a matter of a public record he could have a legal cause of action against you.

I would not recommend telling anyone about this man since legally he did nothing wrong.
