Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I have a civil suit against my nephew which was in my favor with a judgement against him. If I know of property, such as a truck that is in his name and paid for, can that be conviscated and given to me?

You need to file a Praecipe for a Writ of Execution to start the ball rolling. What will happen is the Sheriff will sell the truck at auction and pay you what ever is left after the sheriff's fees up to the amount of the judgment. If the truck nets more than the judgment owed the excess money goes to your nephew.
