Can you file charges against a person who made an anonymous claim against you after an investigation found no evidence or proof of wrong doing?

If by filling charges you mean criminal charges how is this civil litigation?

If you are going to charge some on with a crime or sue them you have to know who they are. However, you said they were anonymous. Assuming you can figure out who they are.

Then did they break the law so you have a basis for criminal charges or if you wanted to sue them does what they falsely claim actually cause you an injury that the court would award you money. Furthe even if you got a money judgment does that person have any money or assets to pay the judgment?
