Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I filed a case agenst a auto repair shop for 2,500 for falty repairs, and they did not show up a court.

The juge ruled in my faver, then they fild a judgment of non PROS. Now they are filing a motion to

strike my complaint in faver of the defenant. Do I have the right to appeal this and still go to court?

Yes, file your complaint with the court immediately. I don't know what court you are in, so I can't give you details about how to file your complaint. It sounds like its time to hire an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, then talk to the court clerks for instruction for filing a complaint. Please know that you only have a few days to act, or you will lose your case. Good luck.
