Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

My husband lost in small claims court. He has to repay $3000.00. Can he send 50.00 a month or does he have to repay in one lump sum?

At $50 per month it will take 5 years to pay on the judgment. Actually longer because the interest rate is 6% per year.Which will make it 6 years to pay off the judgment. And add over $550 in interest charges. Why do you the other party is going to be that patient?
