improper conduct of a Nursing Home

I am a Nurse ( History back in 93 a nursing home I was work

ing for dicrimated against 7 nurses by letting them go. We

all got settlements

New- This home has gone bankrupt bought by another company.I applied for a job as a Nurse- I was honest and

mention the prior sitution. All of the sudden the person

who was interviewing told me that they can not hire me.

Because I have sued the company before..... I never worked

for this Company to begin with let alone sued them.

She rudely esorted me to the Front Door.I was so upset I

was to the point of tears for the sitution

What's your question? Can you sue again? That is extremely doubtful. It's still legal to be insensitive, an a-hole, or to rufuse to hire someone who sued their employer before.

Never tell an employer you sued an employer before. DO NOT LIE, but don't be silly enough to volunteer that info.
