Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Is is possible for me to get a non-cost cease and desist letter from a lawer? I guy has nude picture of me and I have some of him. We have not spoken in months and I keep trying to contact him so that we can reach an agreement to delete them, but he will not answer my calls or email.

No. First supposing such a letter was sent and he didn't desist then what. That letter has to be backed up by something. A law suit? I suppose you want that done for free too.

Why should I or any lawyer do that or anything else for free?

For starters if such a representation was begun and the lawyer did something you didn't like you could sue him for malpractice. So a lawyer has to buy that which isn't cheap. Then there are bar dues, license fees, rent, etc.

Also this is my job not my hobby.

What makes you think I should work for you for free. Do you work for free?

{John}
