Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Im in pennslyvania my car was being serviced at a repair shop. One night my cars computer and boost controller a total of 2000.00 worth of installed hardware was stolen from the car while being serviced car has an alarm system and the mechanic left it disabled after taking the engine out by not hooking back up the battery. is he illable for the stolen car parts

Yes, the mechanic is responsible for the damage. Hopefully, they have property insurance to cover the damage to your car. If the mechanic will not reimburse you for the damages, then sue them in small claims court. You can also file an insurance claim with your auto insurance for vandalism.
