statue of limitations on missing persons from PA

what is the limitations on declaring soeone dead who has been missing for over 15yrs?

Pennsylvania law includes a presumption that a person missing for seven years is dead; however the period may be shortened if the person was engaged in a hazardous activity or exposed to a dangerous situation.
