Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I have been storing a motorbike in my basement for the past 8 months I have tried to get ahold of the owner and his family to come pick up the bike I'm so far they have not came through on the times that we have set to come pick the bike up I'm tired of holding it here so I finally got ahold of the owner has been out of jail for the past 3 days and he is not yet to come pick up the property can I claim this property as mine and sell it for holding it here or do I have to give it back to him

If you want to dispose of the motorbike, claim it as yours, or do anything else with it that would deprive the owner of the motorbike, without any liability being imposed on you, you would first have to give the owner 30 days written notice that if he does not come to remove his motorbike from your property within the next 30 days, you will dispose of it and you will have no liability to the owner whatsoever. If the owner has not removed it from your property within the 30 days, then on the 31st day you can do whatever you want with it.
