stuck in a contract

my furniture order is over a month late and special orders cannot be cancelled and down payments are not refundable. i just want my 1500.00 back to buy furniture now! what can i do?

If the other contracting party has failed to meet its obligation you may be able to cancel the contract. You should have an attorney review it. I offer free initial consultations.
