When we origionally struck the deal I was to pay her as I could and we wrote out recipts for it every time. each of us signed them. I had made the last payment and recieved a recipt from her but she will not return my calls and i've tried on many occasions to contact her. what actions can i take to get the title transfered?

Re: title transfer

Greetings!

This involved Specific Performance wherein you can sue the said vendor before court to do a specific performance, that is to make a deed of sale, to transfer in your name the said car. You can also sue her for collections of sum of money and Estafa, since their was deceit for refusing to transfer the said car in your name. Damages can also be filed against her.

Re: title transfer

Depending on the amount, you can take her to the Magisterial District Judge where she resides and sue her for the amount that you paid or ask for specific performance to have a court order her to transfer the title.
