usage of name and likeness without permission

Can a theater company use my name and likeness to promote a production that I am not involved with without my permission?

Generally an individual's likeness, name, etc. cannot be used by others for commercial purposes. The remedy is to get an injunction to stop the ussage. Commercial use is not generally considered a "fair use" of your name etc.
