Legal obligation of Hep C
Can a person with hep c get sued for having unprotected sex with someone? Are they legally required to tell a sex partner they have hep C?

This is much too complex an issue to provide an answer without much more information. Suffice it to say a person can under certain circumstances be legally liable for transmitting a medical condition to another. I would suggest you consult with an attorney to discuss the facts in more detail.
