Legal Question in Health Care Law in Pennsylvania

Medical Leave / Health Insurance

Company has less than 20 employees. Employee on Medcial leave due to Chemo-Therapy. Company is not offering COBRA but is ''considering'' allowing employee to stay of Co Health Plan. Employee wouldpay costs directly to owner of Company. Is this legal? Can Owner decide at any time to cancel this arrangement? Thank you.

It would depend on what your agreement with your insurance company is. You may be able to do you would have to look at you plan documents.
