My son recieved a shot when he wasn't supposed to..
My son is 15 months old and I currently recieved a phone call from his ped. At his last doctors appointment he got his Hep A shot. She called and told me she made a mistake, that he wasn't supposed to recieve this shot yet? I read that he isn't supposed to get this untill he was over two. What do you think I should do? Could I take legal action over this?? please get back to me asap!!

The important hing is whether he (your son suffered any consequences from the early shot. You should consult with another doctor to to find out if this caused any problems. I f you would li,e to speak further about this call me at my office.
