Re: Can i sue

You definintely can have a cause of action as a next of kin, for wrongful death. No matter who you talk to, they should handle this case on a "no fee unless you recover" basis. You should definitely give us a call or e-mail us to discuss. Sorry for your loss.

Re: Can i sue

the facts as you relate are somewhat complex. The fact that your father was dropped and broke his arm could be trhe basisi of negligence. Whether this had any causal connection to his subsequent heart attack is much more speculative and would depend on more information and medical imput. In any event if you would like to discuss this further feel free to contact my office. An important consideration in any possible claim is a statute of limitation. You do not indicate when the incidents happened you should speak to someonone immediately as the statute of limitation in matters such as this would be two years .
