Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

I am a permanent resident wanting to divorce my husband and move back to my home country with our children. My husband has no family or support system he however has two adult children 19 & 21 the cause of the marriage dissolution I on the other hand have an extensive family and support system and wish to return home with my children. How can I achive this if he is against it?

This is really a family/matrimonial law question. If you are intent on divorcing your husband I would advise you to hire a very good matrimonial lawyer in your state. It doesn't matter what your immigration status is, however, be advised that if your husband wants to stay in this country it may be quite difficult to get permission from a judge to move your children away from the U.S.
